I have a request for a rum and coke wedding cake.  I can only find recipes for bundt type cakes, but I need this to be a layer cake that will be the top tier of a 3 tier cake.  Each tier will be a different flavor.  Anyone have a good recipe or resource where I can find one?

I have baked pound cakes and bundt type cakes in layered pans and stacked them, just because I wanted to add frosting, and they worked great.

in addition to that great idea -- you could make a rum & coke simple syrup splash for any kind of cake to apply after baking as you assemble the layers into tiers-- i'd make two i think --

for the coke part -- you could get some coke syrup that they use at the fountains to serve by the glass -- or even cook down some coca cola -- i've never done it myself but i'd want to get a concentrated flavor -- the rum is already enough flavor just in the simple syrup --
