Boy, am I pissed.  Just made angel food cake mix and it came out flat-- 3/4" high.  The mix contains both the egg whites and flour in one package and you can't mix the egg whites properly like this.  They should be in separate packages so egg whites can be fluffed up properly and then the flour gently folded in.  Last time I use Duncan Hines product.
