You know, sometimes you have to realize your limitations. I watched youtube video on making gumpaste irises. They were so pretty and I had an order for a wedding cake with irises. Oh, my, what a failure! And what a waste of time. I ended up purchasing silk irises.

So sorry you've had that experience, @Nana52 . I love to make sugar flowers, but they are a lot harder than they look on YouTube!
