Hi, I'm a newbie at a local bakery in my area. For some odd reason, boxing cupcakes is like the bane of my existence, I can't get them into a box without getting icing all over the sides or my own hands. It's extremely irritating and it slows me down in the process of getting someone's order ready. If someone could help me out, that would be really great.

I use tongs lol works perfectly without smashing the cake and the icing.

I'll ask my managers if that's alright, but I didn't see any tongs today. Thanks for the advice, though!

You're welcome. I got a small silicone pair that I use only for that reason from Walmart for $1.49.

I ice my cupcakes in the container, so I don't have to move them once they are done.
