Do any of you have any advice on making colored drizzle or ganache? We tried making it with white chocolate, but it was too thick. I don't know what to use.

Hi

I use 3/4 white chocolate to 1/4 copha - this makes an ideal drizzle consistency. Make sure you use an oil based liquid food colour suitable for colouring chocolate or candy.

Add some milk to it a little bit at a time, stirring it just enough to get it to drizzle!!!
