I have always had a big problem with creaming butter. I have a stand mixer so it is easy and all, but the problem is that my butter never seems to cream in such a way like those shown online with those pale light fluffy texture even though I am sure the butter temperature should be right and the creaming process is correct. Mine always ends up melting and just looking like melted butter instead of the light fluffy creamed butter I see online.
Could it be using the wrong butter(but im using the baking brand butter) or is my country's temperature just too hot??
