How To Do This Ruffle Look?Hi all, trying to figure out how to do the ruffle look of the frosting on the bottom tier.  The tip that I thought would work didn't How To Do This Ruffle Look?

Unless I have the right tip and I'm just not using it correctly? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Here is a buttercream ruffle for the bottom cake on video. 

I am not sure if cake you show above is fondant or buttercream ruffles but the one on video which is buttercream is pretty also. Others here with their expertise should know whether the picture you show is buttercream or fondant ruffles.

Hello girls,

it is fondant ruffles on this picture. There is many short instruction on you tube, just tipe *fondant ruffle* in search.

By the way...it is very easy to make it.
