hi sisters in cake crime, I hope one of yu is able to help.
I live in in a small island in the south pacific, and ordered my fondant ( to roll), when it arrived I found out that they send me FONDANT WHITE STANDARD, which is ready prepared icing, not to roll.
Anyone any idea if I. can add / adjust to turn it into rolled fondant.
thank yu. so much, added a picture of the bucket
cant return as it will cost me a fortune.
Do you get marshmallows where you are? Hit up 'Youtube' for an easy marshmallow fondant recipe. You MUST USE WHITE 'MALLOWS and color afterward. It seems the easier thing would be to use already colored ones but something goes wrong when melting colored 'mallows....save yourself that frustration; use white ones.
thanks, no no marshmallows, and no pure icing sugar, I make normally my own fondant, but because of no sugar I boright premade fondant, but it is icing, so whatto add to make rolled icing.
You can't make rolled icing out of that. That product is for pouring, like donut glaze or petit fours. Sorry.
is there a bakery you can sell it to or a school/hospital/church to donate it too? i am sorry you got that -- but it is not any part of rolled fondant as has already been said --
