sm0kinkitchen That's just awesome! And I totally get where you are coming from...I knew after my first few cakes that this was an awesome artform for me! Can't wait to see what you come up with next!
PS...you may want to get some cake "dummies" to work on...after awhile so much real cake gets to be too much or starts to go to waste. You can reuse the dummies over and over again and it lets you practice to your hearts content!

@sm0kinkitchen Great job on the cake I love the ants.
@ZeKe221 used small star tip and the basket weave technique from wilton class... You can see videos of it online. Took a bit for me to get my head around it but once it clicked, it wasn't hard. The handle is gumpaste done ahead of time. Thanks!
