Hello :)

I've always found the answers I needed on cake central; the forum is fantastic. I'm making my brother's wedding cake and I was thinking of using edible gold leaf on the top layer. I want to cover the whole top layer in gold leaf (it's going to be a 5 tier cake, but the top tier is going to be small, maybe 4-6 inches). I have no idea where to buy the edible gold leaf in Canada. I looked online (amazon, etsy, ebay...) but after reading the reviews, I don't know who to trust. So where in Canada can I buy it? or where can I buy it online?

Thank you very much for your help! :) :)

I bought real gold leaf sheets from here.  https://shop.chefrubber.com/products/37/Gold-and-Silver/

You might want to buy some fake gold leaf sheets from your local craft store to practice with.  You can't afford to practice with the real thing.  Well, maybe you can;  I couldn't.

Frankly, I'd get PME gold spray and spray the top tier, then hit it with some gold luster dust.
