I was okayish-happy with the cake. I had to make it over some time, first to make/find shapes to use, and then to allow fondant to dry solid. It was in part a practice cake, since it was for family. Some things, on opposite, were last-minute. Putting it together was last minute, too. Kids loved it though. And going with the dummy bottom tier was the right thing. There was only one slice to freeze left, and kids were happy to go home with a tower top, or another chunk of the castle.
No cakes this week for me.
I was given a picture very similar to make as close as possible to, this is not my design. But I love how it turned out! (Little late posting, but I wanted to put it under the correct FNCC. Lol)
