Hey! I've been messing around with different finishes and trying some new things, but I can't seem to figure out what exactly this finish is and how to achieve it.

That is just beautiful.  I hope you figure out how it's done and share with us.  On closer inspection; could that be airbrushed on naked cake?  Maybe just a light coating before airbrushing.  Maybe it's just airbrushed on fondant then lightly sponged before it dried.  Hope you find out and share.

By now I'm sure there are probably sprays out there that would make it easier but I've been wanting to try something like this so I've had this particular way saved away for a while now.

He says the key is to spray the melted chocolate on a frozen cake and that's how you get that texture.

The cake starts at the 6:50 mark. Hope it gives you ideas and good luck!
