cake deco classes are often a lot of fun -- however you get your skills by doing -- and i'm sure you know attending class does not give you skills --
i learned pre-internet by reading cake literature books/magazines -- reading and doing -- with all the you tube videos you can view nowadays you can get a superior cost free education as intensive as you want to make but it will cost you a lot of time, energy, dedication and organization -- not to mention dish pan hands ha!
well i mean you have to buy all your ingredients and tools but the education part is free --
all that to say i'm in the us and i know of nowhere in europe -- go for you tube -- why wait -- best to you --
