Please help me on how to achieve this look. Also what is the technique called?
I think its pleating. They've covered each cake in sugar paste first. Then pleat some strips of sugar paste, and apply them onto the cake as they have. Flowers have been used to cover the seam.
Thank you so much. I've been trying to look for YouTube videos but can't seem to find this particular pleating. Have you perhaps come across any tutorials?
