Hi everyone iv been asked to make this cake but im unsure of how the hat on top would keep its balance. Im assuming there would be a cake board at the base of the hat but unsure of how i could make it stable. Any ideas, tips or suggestions would be very much appreciated thankyou How To Balance A Hat Cake On Top Of A Cake

If you do not need that much cake it can be a dummy.  Else you will have to create a structure with pipes and a plate that you will use as the brim and then insert the cake into it.
