Help With Pan

Hi...just bought a 10x3 round pan. want to nake a cake in it tomorrow. whats the best way to do it? im guessing 1 mix wont be enough or am i wrong? will i need to add something to it to make more?

I don't believe 1 mix is gonna do it! icon_razz.gif It's gonna be more like 1 and half mixes.
You could try the cake extender recipe here on this site or add 4 eggs, 1 cup of water and 1 packet of Dream Whip to 1 boxed cake mix. That might work - it'll be close.
I use my contoured 9 x 3" alot and the above is just enough for that pan size.

You might just want to make 2 mixes pour 2/3 the way full then use the rest for cupcakes or cake balls
