either/both -- when i took my fondanted cakes out of the fridge -- they would have just the right amount of mist on them from the temperature change -- so that when i dry dusted it all stuck perfectly --

and just just depends on what you are painting -- so what are you painting?

y'know either way -- test on a scrap to see which way you like it -- but i mean i would let the fondant set up -- and you might want two coats but i usually figured out how to get it on dark enough the first time --

hope all goes exceeding well clap
