I'm after a good chocolate cupcake recipe...

The recipe I currently use is delicious but peels away from the cupcake wrappers. I think it is the oil content causing it...

I use good quality cupcake wrappers

I over cook them to ensure they're not too moist

I remove them from the pan immediately to prevent sweating etc.

I am after a foolproof recipe that will ensure a good result without wastage.. I'd love your help
