Hi all! I just made my first FBCT! I'm very excited about how easy it was!!!

I don't need it until Sat but wanted to do it early just incase I needed to do it again. This one turned out really well so now what do I do? haha

Can it stay in the freezer as is or do I need to wrap it in foil and put it in a freezer bag?

Also, should I wait until the last minute to place it on the cake or can it be done the day before?

i usually cover mine with wax paper, then put into a ziploc bag and finally into a cookie tin for extra protection (from smelly stuff or getting crushed). you don't have to wait til the last minute. i put fbct's on the cake as soon as the cake is iced and the frosting is set.
