How many does the small book pan feed and also, how many does the large book pan feed? I've been trying to find the info on the Wilton site, but I can't. Can anyone help me?

The small book pan serves the same amount as the 9x13 sheet pan. I have used it often. I don't have the large book pan yet, so I don't know about that.

I have always been told 15 for smaller book pan and 30 for larger one. But this does depend on your sizes of cake pieces.

I would say about 12-15 pieces for the small and maybe 20-25 for the large. Now those are KENTUCKY pieces!!! Remember WE LIKE CAKE!! LOLL
