He deffinately said water. Didn't give the ratio though. I have a book that has directions for dipping flowers. I'll see what it says.
Last month I e-mailed Food Network Canada to ask them when the wedding challenge would be airing and they told me that it would come on Sunday, September 25 @8pm and I was so excited to watch it. Well I had gone out that day night but I remembered to tape it but to my horror I came home and I had done something wrong because IT DIDN'T TAPE
