Hi Everyone!

I'm desperate to recreate an apple, walnut and caramel cake me and my boyfriend ate in Berlin (and he won't stop going on about) to send to his work (in Stratford, London) for his birthday.

Unfortunately I cannot hand deliver it myself and I want it to be a surprise that turns up at his office on his actual birthday (17th Feb).

I've tried ringing a huge number of customisable cake companies in London, but none customise on flavour - only decoration! (Niche business opportunity for someone here).

Does anyone have any suggestions of independent bakers.. or even a courier company I could use to send one myself?! Or even of a company who already makes this flavour.
