if your talking about adding coconut oil to luster dust??
When you mix different luster dust with oil it the mixture changes it they don't blend together. I spend quite a bit of time experiment and i could achieve the right colour.
i would go and buy a luster dust that is similar to grass skirt if you want to paint the wafer paper.
