Does anyone how many days in advance can Rice krispies Pops be made. This would be for the ones that are completely covered and seal in chocolate. I have seen that you can do 2 days in advance for the ones that are half way or partially covered. I was wondering if it's longer for the ones that are fully covered in chocolate. Thanks in advance

Rice Krispie pops?  I haven't heard of them - are they just RKT on sticks?

If they are just regular RKT, you can make them in advance and freeze them before dipping them if necessary.  I freeze RKT all the time and they are just fine when they thaw.  The issue with RKT is that that they stale quickly because they are exposed to air.  If they were made and sealed, I am sure they would last at least a week without any issues - but I've never tried.  My experience is with regular rice krispy treats which I make in bulk and freeze all the time.
