Hi made a mousse tonight around 8 pm. with egg yolks and whites, no gelatin. One is for Christmas eve and one for Christmas day. I got my days mixed up . Do you think it will be ok? Could or should I freeze it? I set them up already in the bowls. Please any help with be great.

I'm guessing you're doing this already but for sure refrigerate it! When I make French Silk Pie (also made with raw eggs), I keep it in the fridge for a few days until it's eaten up and I've never had any issues. I don't think freezing is necessary.

I think it also depends on your recipe...

My chocolate mousse recipe doesn't call for yolks for example... I love how it tastes, but on the fourth or fifth day starts to look questionable... deflates a little... weeps a little... I only know this because I purposely set aside a bit of it in the fridge one time to see how long it would last... We usually eat it the day after I make it...
