Hi guys!
Does anyone know "Blue Chip Cookies?" They used to have locations like "Mrs. Fields" but from what I understand have moved to more of a mail order cookie basket type of business.
I grew up eating their (no roll) sugar cookies and snickerdoodles (big, thick, crispy on the outside but soft and chewy and almost a little underdone in the middle) and have been desperately trying to recreate them for years. I recently had a snickerdoodle that was the closest thing to it I've ever had, and it's reignited my desperation to figure out the recipe!
Does anyone have anything like it? Or, tips on making sugar cookies thicker with the nice crackly top, and not so flat (none of that kind of melting effect when baking)?
