I have a question about the icing I'm using for sugar cookies I'm making for my sisters wedding. I'm using the ready to use GFS icing.  Has anyone ever used this before?

Is this considered a glaze or royal icing?

I'm trying to figure out if I can freeze a cookie decorated with this type of icing and it be okay after its thawed.

Thanks for the help!!

I'm not familiar with that icing -- it also depends on the food coloring you may or may not be using and the type of design but basically you need to test this out in you freezer --

I know you can freeze the baked or unbaked cookies -- after decorating of course it gets a little trickier right -- so maybe someone else will know but otherwise and for your own peace of mind -- test it for yourself
