I have these cake pop pans
called bake pop pans they came out several years ago and I bought some at first I loved them but now they are not doing it for me the pops come out the size of a golf ball and that was fine when I was bagging them but now I am getting requests for cake pops that sit in a cupcake liner and the sticks sticking up.
I have tried the Bake a cake method make the balls freeze and then coat when I need them but the cake pops crack and the balls don't always stay
Anyone use pans that are specifically for cake pops where you bake the batter and they come out round
i need to invest in some new ones
