I bought Sugar Dress rather than SugarVeil because of the comments I read here. My first lace piece came out nicely but, when I opened my tupperware to make another piece, I found the Sugar Dress was starting to solidify in the container, making it difficult to spread into the mold. I had added quite a bit of black powder coloring -- could that be the problem? Do I just add more water? More of the liquid stuff included with the Sugar Dress powder? I need to know before I mix another batch! I am running out of time. Any insight would be appreciated!!

No, I did not put it into actual Tupperware -- just used a small plastic container. It is a rather thin plastic -- could that be the problem? I have since put that container inside a plastic bag but I think it may be too far gone to help. At this point, can I add more water and try to thin it? Will the Sugar Dress still work then?
