I made a dairy free frosting using rice milk and Sweetex. Anyone know if I need to keep the cake in the fridge?
I'm thinking yes because of the rice milk, but wanted to confirm if anyone knows for sure.

it shouldn't be hazardous to keep it unfridged -- but it could melt if you're not careful -- so probably doesn't need refrigeration for growing bacteria reasons but just to give it some climate control --if it's hot where you are like it is here 

Thanks @-K8memphis ‍ :-)  I did find that out while I was trying to pipe. It got warm and runny pretty quickly!
