Liz mareks fondant recipe? I have used it and still do but I find it is not very elastic... Or it is when heated up but once it cools (when covering the cake) it tends to break.

i have yet to cover a cake and have the tier not decorated. I see so many other fondant is way stretchier and can be rolled thinner.

I am in Canada! Any suggestions on what other Canadians in the GTA use?

I have used it. Depending on how the weather is i have had sucess. If it's cracking on you add some more shortening to it and kned  while heated. You can also add a small amount of vegetable oil to it or some corn syrup.

I too am in Canada:)
