Hello fellow cakers!
Based on recent conversations, my pricing is REALLY off, and I need some help figuring out my pricing. I've read a ton of posts referencing how wonderful Alice's Cake Matrix is, but I can't find a link that works nor can I find a working version through Google search.
Does anyone have access to Alice's matrix and is willing to share the matrix with me?

here's another idea for you -- peruse etsy and wherever custom portrait/sculpting work is done -- there's a lot of artists who draw dogs from pictures and sell them -- I think that's more your field or at least a part of it
