The Dh opened his big mouth at work..and now I have an order for 80 Christmas Bells...decorated sugar cookies.

I have never frozen baked cookies...and I need to know if sugar cookies can be frozen successfully...if they taste good afterwards..don't dry out...yada yada yada.....I'm not anxious to have to knock out 80 cookies over one weekend... icon_surprised.gif

Yeah I just let them unthaw in a container on the counter and then decorate them!!! I do it that way all the time when I have a large order to bake and decorate!!

I was just searching for a topic on this, thanks for bringing it up. I myself just got a large order of cookies for a couple weeks away. However with work being busy and starting back to school, my weeks are quite hectic. Glad to know from past experience that I can freeze my cookies then decorate when the order is due.

Thanks again!

Leily
