Hi,

I've been thinking about potentially starting to sell my cakes from home which I do in my spare time.

Does anyone have a checklist or info on how I would go about registering with the correct authorities etc?

I think I have to Register with Environmental Health in my council area, register as Self Employed with the Inland Revenue and possibly do some Food Hygiene courses?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate this.  I'll give it another couple of days like you say.

He is indeed an angel, so, so cute.  I have two Lhasa's and a Yorkie.  They are CeeCee, Holly and Bob.
