I've been buying and using Hi Ratio shortening in my frosting for some time now. I've decided that I will be more economical to buy it online rather than locally. I haven't used Sweetex brand, but have read here on CC great things about it. When I was searching for it I found it called Hi Ratio Cake Shortening. Here is the website:
