I agree with leah_s.. I LOVE my Magic Line pans! The FD pans do bake a little shorter; and not as level. I just purchased the Sugar Works Turntable Extender; and REALLY hope this bad boy works.. have a HUGE wedding cake next week.
Worst purchase would be Wilton Cake Leveler, and the KA Pro Series mixer. I love that I can do 2 full batches; but I dont like having to raise and lower the bowl and then try to get the attachment removed with a full bowl of buttercream. I like my KA Artisan better I like the tilt head; and when I need to scrape down batters, it's way easier. But I do use both at a time. And I want that little handy dandy cake leveler that kstevens posted! :)
