Hello, I have made some fondant pinecones and airbrushed one a chocolate brown. I would like to know if the airbrushing will dry not shiny or will it stay shiny.

Thank you

it's hard to say depending on all the different products you could have used -- if you want them real shiney -- mix up some gum arabic* in water and brush that on

if you want to tone down the shine brush on some cocoa powder

* if you have any flake edible glitter that's gum arabic -- sprinkle some in a couple drops water -- you'd wanna use the white probably but if your stuff is already brown other colors probably wouldn't matter/show -- or you can just buy gum arabic -- white powder comes in a spice jar -- costs a few bucks

so did they do the way you wanted?
