I am making a smash cake and cupcakes for a outdoor afternoon high heat high humidity birthday party in a few weeks. I want to use a high ratio shortening but not sure which to go with. Has anyone ever used Spectrum Organic Shortening! Or should I just buy Sweetex?? Thanks!
