Any good ideas for placing chevron fondant stripes on side of cake??

Thx I would think you'd have to put something on wax paper to have the fondant stick to it without sliding off.

That would be shortening.......Jessica Cakes does a slightly different but very pretty chevron pattern, it's a paid tutorial on Crafsty. You should check it out, she explains the wax paper transfer method really well.
