True White Fondant Recipe Needed.

Hi CC!
So I am a sucker for Veeana's Homemade Fondant Recipe. I have used it on majority of my cakes and it taste great. The only disadvantage I am having with it is the color of the fondant comes out a little tan because of the Gelatin I add. I have looked high and low for pure clear gelatin but I have had no luck. Does anyone know of a True white fondant that will be suitable for a 3 tier wedding cake that is majority white? I have attached Veeana's Recipe as well as a picture of the cake I'm going to be making. It's due in October so I have some time to experiment and really dont like Marshmallow fondant. Any help will be appreciated. Happy Baking!

The fondant that I make has gelatin in it, and marshmallow fondant has gelatin because marshmallows have gelatin in them...I don't think I've ever noticed that my fondant has a tan tinge to it, but you can make it whiter by adding titanium dioxide white food coloring to it when you're making it.
I always use Costumeczar's recipe with Gelatin in it and it is fantastic to work with, I have also never noticed it come out any colour but white. You can also counter a slight yellow colour with the tiniest bit of purple. Sounds funny but it will make it appear whiter.
Thank you both! I will give Czars' a try. I've tried to use the small amount of violet in my buttercream and It worked excellent. I never even thought to put it in my fondant to. ![]()
