Hi Everyone!
I have a question. I am new to ganache and new to spherical cakes. I need to make a soccer ball cake tomorrow but it is due Friday. If I use ganache to frost the cake, should I wrap and refrigerate it (prior to fondant, which I can do thurs night) or wrap it and leave it out?
Also, any tips to keep a spherical cake from collapsing? This is my biggest fear!
