Hello fellow bakers. So I am doing my first cake with lots of fondant flowers likw 15  or so  on each tier, there are 5 tiers. How.eraly can I start making them and how would I store them?

That is 75 flowers, what size will they be? That many flowers will take a lot of time to make, so I would usually start flowers 3 months in advance. Fondant flowers last a long time and can be stored in almost any container with a lid. I like to use plastic shoeboxes with snap on lids to store them.  Don't forget to make extra in case of breakage.

Thank you. They are ganna be medium sized. So I should storw them.in an air tight container.
