Visited a new local cupcake shoppe and they had the lightest, most flavorful frosting.  The frosting was amazing.  Please share your fluffiest, lightest, best tasting recipe.  Thank yousmile.png.

8 egg whites

2 cups granulated sugar

1+ Tablespoons double vanilla extract

1 lb butter

Swiss meringue buttercream Alaska style

Yum, yum MBalaska, I love Swiss Meringue Buttercream! 

The lightest,  the fluffiest frosting? Maybe it was non dairy whipped topping with all kinds of ingredients added to it.

Seven  Minute Frosting is literally the lightest and the fluffiest  frosting.

My kids eat  only American Buttercream (on cupcakes ), I got the recipe from Vienna's Art of cakes you tube channel.
