Good Combination Frosting For White Chocolate Mud Cake

I am very new to Baking Cakes. I am making a white chocolate mud cake for my daughters birthday and I want to decorate it with fondant. Can you please advise me what is the best combination frosting for white chocolate cake and good to go under fondant.

i would do a chocolate cake with chocolate chips baked into it. then i would do alternating layers of a rocky road type mousse and then a white chocolate mousse. if you want to make it easier maybe just do the rocky road type mousse and a thin layer of white chocolate buttercream under your fondant
