What Color Blue Do You Think She Used?

The only thing I can find in her post is the brand Americolor blue. They have three different blues to choose from. Sky blue, Royal blue and Navy blue. What shade do you think she used to achieve this cake? http://artisancakecompany.com/2013/05/tardis-cake-tutorial/
In the tutorial the lady said she used 1 tablespoon blue and 1 teaspoon black. I wasn't sure if the blue she used was navy or royal. I have a large bottle of Americolor navy blue how long does it last I can't find a date on the bottle. Thank you for your help.
