I have seen people mention breaking it in to smaller amounts & freezing it for extended periods (6 months-1 year maybe?), but I've also seen where as long as it's kept in a cool spot it keeps well. Okay, thank! Freezing is a good idea. Thanks for the thread link - I will check it out.
This is the company that I have ordered my Sweetex shortening. I have not found a lower price. It is a large cube. I split it up and put it in the freezer.
