I'm making my first cupcake bouquet this weekend!
I've had a hard time finding a BC iciing I like and I need these flowers to taste perfect and look perfect! What amazing BC recipe do you recommend for this project???
My go to icing is cooked flour frosting. American bc is too sweet for my family...ditto SMBC ( swiss meringue bc ) & IMBC (italian meringue bc ). It's not overly sweet, tastes so good. Family loves it. I doctor the ici g a littlel by adding 1 cup of powdered sugar and some meringue powder. Helps it pipe better and crust faster. Here's the recipe I use.
