I want to try making some Petit Fours, but how do you get them all cut the same size?

There are two excellent sources for Petit Four cutters and molds. One is Kathy Scott and here is a link to her set on eBAY and her email.

They are done by pouring a small amount of melted white chocolate into the silicone mold, tip the mold to make an empty shell of chocolate, chill until completely set, pipe in a bit of lemon curd or buttercream, or a layer of each, part way up the mold, then cut sheet cake with the cutters in the kit, press into the bottom of the mold and cover with more melted white chocolate. Let it chill and unmold these little gems. They are so delicate and pretty. About $40.00 for the kit but worth every penny, the silicone molds have excellent detail and are quality.

The second is Carol Webb who carries a Petit Four kit, a little less expensive and nice, has cutters and molds. I prefer Kathy Scotts but these are nice too. She doesn't carry them on her website so you would have to email her and ask about ordering the kit.
