Alice's Pricing Matrix. It's quite complicated looking you might be better off just designing your own spreadsheets. Her prices are old so everything would have to be adjusted anyway.
I had hoped I still had the one I created but I don't . I did a spread sheet where the numbers could easily be changed. It took a long time to create but once I did it made pricing so easy. I retired a few years ago and wasn't using it. I may have had the spreadsheet on an old computer and didn't carry it over.
I know it seems easiest to use someone else's pricing sheet, but @Pastrybaglady is correct - the pricing matrix you're looking for is outdated and cannot be updated. It would be useless. Create your own in Excel (best) or set up a simple table on your computer (but it won't automatically adjust prices the way Excel does.) Some people buy software. I've heard that Cakeboss is easy and similar to Excel. All you have to do is insert your own info.
