Looking For No Grain No Dairy Cake Recipe For Client. Is That Possible?

I have a client who needs a smash cake for a baby who is allergic to all grains and dairy. Is there even such a recipe out there? Has anyone had a request like that?
There is such a thing as paleo cakes… you can look for recipes on againstallgrain.com and elanaspantry.com.
Since there are food allergies involved be careful of cross contamination. Find out from the person ordering the cake the severity of the allergies to see if you will have to "sterilize" some of your equipment, or pass on baking the cake if you don't want to risk it.
